Siouxsie Q stands apart in American porn as a performer, journalist, author of Truth, Justice, and the American Whore, and tireless sex-worker rights advocate. Born Susanne Quinby on June 18, 1985, she worked at San Francisco's unionized Lusty Lady peep show and launched The WhoreCast podcast before establishing herself on camera. Her feminism never softened her taste for rough sex: she lets a hungry tongue work her ass, takes anal between work meetings, gets overwhelmed by a crowd at a bachelorette party, and joins a public-restroom group scene. She is an articulate adult-industry original who embraces intensity by choice.
