We take copyright very seriously and have policies in place to comply with applicable laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you wish to request the removal of content because of a copyright infringement, you must provide the following information: (a) the URL of the page for which removal is requested and (b) a statement regarding your ownership rights over that content. In accordance with the DMCA, we only accept takedown requests from the copyright holder or from a person duly authorized to act on their behalf. To learn more about the requirements of a complete request, we encourage you to consult the following page: https://www.dmca.com/faq/What-is-a-DMCA-Takedown and to seek legal advice (please note that we do not provide legal advice and our information does not constitute legal advice).
Before filing a copyright takedown request, it is important to check whether copyright exceptions such as "fair use" or exceptions for purposes such as quotation, criticism, review, news reporting, caricature, parody or pastiche apply to the content in question. If a copyright exception applies, the content cannot be removed.
When you submit a copyright takedown request, we process your personal data, which may include sharing the information provided in your request with the person who published the content in question. To learn more about how your personal data is processed when you file a copyright takedown request or a counter-notification, please consult our Privacy and Personal Data Policy, available at https://www.mustvideos.com/legal/privacy. By submitting a copyright takedown request or a counter-notification, you are deemed to have read our current Privacy and Personal Data Policy, and the processing may require your consent to the transfer of your data to the person who filed the takedown request or the counter-notification.
