18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

1. Age of performers

All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in mustvideos.com (the "Website") were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.

2. Status of the Website

mustvideos.com is not a producer, whether primary or secondary as defined in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. 75, of any of the visual content contained on the Website. The Website operates as a distribution platform and hosting service for content created by third parties. Its activities are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and formatting of such content.

3. Content from studios and producers

The records required under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. 75 for the content provided by third-party studios and producers are kept by the respective original producers, who act as custodians of records. Any request concerning these records must be addressed to the producer of the content in question. On request, the Website will forward such a request to the producer it has identified for the content.

4. Content uploaded by members

Members who upload a video to the Website certify, for each upload, that they are eighteen (18) years of age or older, that they own the rights to the video, and that every person appearing in it was eighteen (18) years of age or older and consented to being filmed and to the publication. Certified creators additionally send the Website a photo that lets us check they are the person seen on screen. The uploading member is the producer of the content and remains responsible for keeping the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for that content.

Every upload is reviewed by a human before being published. Any content that does not comply with these rules is refused or removed, and the account concerned is closed.

5. Reporting

If you believe that content on the Website involves a minor, or a person who did not consent, or if you wish to request the removal of content depicting you, please use our takedown request form. Such reports are processed as a priority.
