Dylan Ryan is a singular figure of American alternative porn. Born April 21, 1981 in San Francisco, openly queer, she debuted in 2004 and lined up more than 240 scenes, mostly in the independent and feminist circuit she came to embody — she calls herself a 'porn superheroine' rather than a starlet. Holder of a master's degree in social work, now a therapist and advocate for sex workers' rights, she always chose her scenes, including the roughest: our catalog shows her double-penetrated vaginally, whipped mid-suspension, a hook planted in her ass, or taken apart from every angle in a gangbang. The extreme by informed choice — that is the whole difference, and the whole person.
